🤠 GO TEXAN Day at Buckalew Elementary! Today, our Buckalew Bears showed off their Texas pride in true Lone Star style! From cowboy hats to boots, plaid shirts to fun western accessories, our students and staff embraced the spirit of Texas with big smiles and lots of energy. 📸 Check out some highlights from the day:

Our very first Chess Club meeting kicked off today with Mr. Cohen! Lots of big thinking, smart moves, and pawn-tastic fun for our 3rd and 4th grade students. ♜😊

Today we celebrated the 100th Day of School in style!
Our First graders dressed up as 100-year-olds and put on their detective hats to solve the case of the missing 100 🕵️‍♀️💯.
From wrinkly smiles to clever thinking, it was a day full of laughs, learning, and big milestones.
We’re 100 days smarter and 100 times prouder!🤓💚🐻💛

Mrs. Shirley’s 4th grade class is leveling up their math fact fluency in their NEW room! 🎯 Students practiced through fun games with classmates—building speed, accuracy, and confidence along the way
