WELCOME TO THE BUCKALEW ELEMENTARY LIBRARY WEBSITE! Carol Johnson, Librarian 281-465-3400 cjohnson@conroeisd.net Students visit the library each week as part of their Special Subjects rotation. Lessons include library skills, book talks, featured authors and literature appreciation.  Books are checked out for two weeks and can be renewed. Students can visit the library anytime during the day                                  with permission from their teacher.                                    The library hours are 7:30-8:00, 8:15-11:30 and 1:00 -3:00. READING WEEK is September 18-21 Dr. Stockton's reading initiative, "Read for a Better Life", encourages all parents to read to their children for 30 minutes each day.
